2. Pricing and Payment

All prices listed on the Website are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change the pricing of any product at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is placed, the price for that transaction remains fixed.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment gateways (including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and authorized digital wallets). We are not responsible for transaction failures caused by banking networks or third-party payment processing errors.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable, an additional handling fee may be charged, which will be visible at checkout.

3. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make every effort to display the colors, graphics, and details of our products (such as our anime T-shirts) as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in digital screens and monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.

We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are completely error-free, current, or completely accurate. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition according to our Returns policy.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our ultimate acceptance of your order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

Limitations on quantities available for purchase.

Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is canceled after your payment has been processed, the full amount will be reversed and refunded back to your original payment source within 2 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of order confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines typically range between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location within India. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners and are not legally binding guarantees.

Voodious is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, public strikes, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer, or courier logistics disruptions.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Reverse shipping fees for returns may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be processed directly back to your original method of payment within 2-3 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

7. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are strictly prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, or local laws.

In no case shall Voodious, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the services or any products procured using the service.

Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for procuring the specific product that caused the dispute.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
