Refund policy

Refunds are only issued in cases of defective products or errors on our part. Please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with video proof, if you encounter any issues. We’ve designed our return and exchange process to be as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

You can request a return or an exchange within 7 days from the date your package was delivered.

Any requests made after this window will unfortunately not be eligible for a return or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return or exchange, please make sure the item meets the following conditions:

The T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

It must be free from any stains, perfume scents, makeup marks, or pet hair.

All original brand tags, labels, and packaging must be attached and intact.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, but if we accidentally sent you a damaged product, a defective print, or the wrong design we will fix it immediately!

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at voodious@gmail.com within 48 HOURS with a clear photo or a short unboxing video of the defect.

For all verified damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at zero extra cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Clearance or "Final Sale" items.

Custom-printed or personalized apparel.

Gift cards.

5. Exchange Options

Size Exchanges: Ordered a Medium but need a Large? No problem. If the size you want is in stock, we will gladly exchange it for you.

Design Exchanges: If you would rather exchange your item for a completely different design, we will issue you store credit once your return is received, which you can use to buy the new shirt immediately.

6. Return Shipping Costs

We offer free reverse pickups for domestic returns and exchanges across India! Our courier partner will pick up the package directly from your address.

7. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive your returned package at our fulfillment center, our team will inspect it within 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS

After approval, your refund will be initiated:

Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back directly to your original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: We will issue the refund via [STORE CREDIT / BANK TRANSFER] within 5-7 business days after you provide your banking details to our support team.

8. How to Start a Return

Simply email our support team at voodious@gmail.com with your Order ID (e.g., #1001) and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps and schedule your pickup within 24–48 hours!
