1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Note: During peak holiday seasons, product launches, or major sales, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with India's leading courier services to ensure your orders arrive safely. Estimated delivery times depend entirely on your location

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our logistics partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing a unique Tracking ID and a link to track your package in real-time.

Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal after receiving your link.

4. Delivery Issues and Delays

Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at voodious@gmail.com before the item is dispatched.

Unexpected Delays: While we do our best to ensure on-time delivery, occasional delays may occur due to external factors like extreme weather conditions, flight disruptions, local strikes, or festive backlogs with our courier partners. We will proactively communicate any significant delays to you.

Damaged or Missing Packages: If your package arrives severely damaged, or if tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please reach out to our support team within 24 hours of the designated delivery date so we can open an investigation with the courier.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand globally soon!
